Greg Easton
Candidature for the Presidency of World Archery
"An arrow flies true because of how its parts work together. Each part by itself will not."
Every Part Matters. Every Voice Counts.
My vision is to lead World Archery into its next era as a responsive, collaborative, and forward - looking federation.
A Federation that reflects the diversity, energy, and aspirations of its global membership, while advancing operational excellence, Olympic relevance, and sustainable growth. Informed by many conversations with Member Associations, athletes, and partners, I have identified four strategic pillars that will guide my work:
While these priorities reflect both my own views and the feedback you have shared, I firmly believe we should never stop seeking out good ideas. I welcome your continued input; together we can expand and refine these priorities.
Archery is powered by its people, and our structure should reflect this. Think of our sport like an arrow: our athletes are the point; you, our Member Associations, are the shaft that provides strength and direction; our partners and organizers are the stabilizing fletching; and World Archery is the nock that brings it all together and helps launch us forward. If any part is weak or disconnected, the arrow will not fly true.

Together. On Point.
Everyone belongs in this story.
Global. Growing. Grounded.
Development that starts with access, and ends with excellence.

Systems that Listen.
Good governance starts with hearing those it serves.
The World Is Watching.
Let’s make sure they see our best side.

The Full Manifesto.
This manifesto outlines my vision for a more united, transparent, and forward-thinking World Archery. It is rooted in listening, collaboration, and a deep belief in the global potential of our sport.

Having shared my vision, priorities and commitments, the path forward is clear: we move forward together.
My campaign is rooted in shared purpose and a belief in what we can achieve together. I bring experience, perspective, and a clear intention to serve—not just as a leader, but as a partner. Now is the time to strengthen our collaboration, raise our ambition, and deliver lasting impact for the athletes, Member Associations, and stakeholders who make this sport thrive.
As we enter the next era of World Archery, I invite you to shape it with me. What the future looks like will not be determined by one individual, but by all of us who care deeply about the sport and its global community.
I am prepared to listen, qualified to lead, and willing to apply my experience—in both archery and business—to serve as an active, engaged President. Together we can make World Archery more collaborative, more responsive, and more successful than ever before.
