Confidence in the Vote

I know that many of you have had questions about the confidentiality of the upcoming Congress election—specifically, who can see your vote and who has access to that information.

I want to be clear: the voting system being used is safe, secure, and proven. It will be provided by LUMI GLOBAL, a company that has been trusted for over 30 years by some of the world’s most respected organizations and major sports federations.

I have also reached out directly to World Archery, and they have assured me exactly how this process will work. Most importantly: no one from World Archery will have access to individual voting choices, and the detailed voting records will be deleted after 24 hours once the results are confirmed and all conditions for deletion are met.

Here’s what you should know:

• Confidential Voting: Your vote remains anonymous. The system can verify that your federation voted but does not reveal how.
• Strict Authentication: Only authorized voters can access the system, ensuring integrity from start to finish.
• End-to-End Security: All data is encrypted, and only LUMI GLOBAL holds the decryption keys.
• Time-Limited Records: Detailed voting records are destroyed after 24 hours (once all approval conditions are met) and permanently deleted from LUMI GLOBAL's servers within one week.
• Proven Track Record: LUMI GLOBAL supports high-stakes meetings for organizations like the FIA, European Olympic Committees, and HSBC.

Over the course of this campaign, I have spoken with leaders from more than 100 countries. Listening, learning, and sharing ideas. I’m still working hard every day, not only while attending events, but also when back in my office.

One thing is clear: the proxy process needs to be updated. As President, I will review it. Lack of funding should never remove the opportunity to vote. The voting process itself should also be modernized to make participation fair, secure, and accessible for every federation.

When you cast your vote, it should be for what is best for your federation, not out of fear of retaliation. This system ensures you can do exactly that, with confidence.
