Throughout my career, I’ve led through change, not because it was convenient, but because it was right. Whether in business or sport, I’ve made tough decisions with one goal in mind: long-term progress.

World Archery is at a turning point. The future of World Archery depends on proactive leadership, grounded in principle, not politics. We can’t afford to delay bold ideas or fresh thinking. I won’t wait for the next crisis or the next election cycle. I’ll lead with urgency, clarity, and a commitment to the change so many are asking for.
