The Future Doesn’t Follow

Lately, I’ve noticed some familiar ideas and rhythms showing up elsewhere. New energy entering the conversation. I welcome it, because our sport deserves more engagement.

But here’s the truth: the need for change isn’t new. These priorities have been at the heart of my vision from the very beginning. Change isn’t something you copy. It’s something you lead.

That’s the work we’ve been doing all along, and it’s the work I’ll continue if elected: thoughtful, inclusive, forward-looking leadership that reflects the voices of our global community.

This week, I want to especially thank the para archers who have shared their perspectives with me. Your insights have been honest, direct, and invaluable. I see you. I hear you. There is real potential to strengthen how para archery is supported and celebrated as an essential part of our sport’s future.

Let’s keep moving forward, not by following trends, but by setting them.
