The Future of Archery Starts Here
With just one week before the vote, I want to pause and reflect on what this journey has meant. Over the past months, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with leaders from more than 110 countries. Each conversation has deepened my respect for our global archery family and strengthened my belief in the future we can build together.
This past week, it was inspiring to attend the World Archery Youth Championships in Winnipeg. Being with the next generation of our sport, the athletes, their parents, coaches, and judges, was a reminder of why this work matters. Their stories of how archery has shaped their lives and education, and the dedication of the volunteers who make it possible, show the very best of our community.
Over the last 30 years, I have seen firsthand how archery unites people across cultures, backgrounds, and generations. I also know that our federations are not all the same. Some are large, some are small. Some face cultural or resource challenges that others do not. But every federation deserves to be heard, supported, and served. That is the standard of leadership I believe in: a leader for all.
That is why I chose the words Together & On Point. They are more than a slogan. They are a vision for our future. Together, we honor every voice and every federation. On point, we focus on what truly matters: athletes, coaches, judges, volunteers, and the growth of our sport across every region of the world.
As we enter this final week, my commitment is clear. This isn’t about politics or maneuvering. This is about leadership and the future of World Archery.
Together & On Point,
— Greg
